BALI LOFT HAIR SALON REQUIRES ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED TO BE HELD WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD.
Any fees incurred from cancelled or missed appointments are not to be considered a deposit towards your next service; it is an additional cost to the client.
If you are a repeat offender, our team reserves the right to require a deposit upon booking any future appointments and/or refuse future services.
We kindly ask that you notify us 72-48 hours in advance when needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow stand-by guests the opportunity to book with our team.
However, if it is less than 48 hours in advance we do enforce a cancelation policy.
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48-24 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED
$50 REBOOKING FEE.
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24-12 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED
UP TO 50% OF THE SCHEDULED COST.
CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 12 HOURS OR SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED
UP TO 100% OF THE SCHEDULED COST.
WHEN CANCELLING ANY APPOINTMENT, YOU MUST CALL OR TEXT THE SALON, DO NOT FOR ANY REASON MESSAGE US ON INSTAGRAM TO CANCEL APPOINTMENTS.

NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO TEXT…NO TOLERANCE. IF YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT CALLING OR TEXTING, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SCHEDULED COST.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS BECAUSE OUR TIME AND PRODUCTS WERE ALREADY USED.
However, we do want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair! If you have an issue within 5 days of your appointment, your stylist will correct what’s needed at no additional cost to you! If you reach out after 5 days, the touch-up will be charged accordingly.
If your issue (before or after 5 days) involves a personal preference that wasn’t addressed in the consultation, it will be charged separately and accordingly. We require consultations and realistic inspiration photos prior to your service in order to hopefully avoid this!
FOR LIABILITY AND SAFETY REASONS, CHILDREN MAY NOT ACCOMPANY YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THOSE CHILDREN WHOM ARE ALSO SCHEDULED FOR AN APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO OR DURING YOURS.
We love children, and we hope you can understand that we cannot assure their safety in the salon when left unattended.
AT BALI LOFT WE ALLOW SERVICE ANIMALS AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS ON SITE. THE KEY REASONS WE ALLOW ESAs RANGE FROM SUPPORT IN THE FORM OF AFFECTION TO COMPANIONSHIP AND RELIEF FROM STRESS OR ANXIETY.
If for whatever reason you are concerned about having an ESA at the salon during your appointment, please contact the salon at your earliest convenience to be accommodated, we never want you feeling uncomfortable asking for an animal not to be present.
At Bali Loft we have a level system for our stylists. There are five levels:
A promotion to each level is based on a number of factors, including: demand on time, skill, experience and education. As a stylist moves up in levels, you will see a small increase in the costs of their services. This is reflective of the investment they have made in their professional development.
Guests may choose any level stylist that best fits their needs and budget.
Keep in mind, we work as a team, so feel free to have services with as many different stylists as you’d like!
